WILLI SEUKE

 

The funeral of Willi Seuke will be held at Hanworth Crematorium on Wednesday 30th April 12.45pm., then afterwards at The Rifleman, Fourth Cross Road, Twickenham.  Willi died last week of a heart attack at the age of 81 after serving Feltham FC as a Player, Committee Member, Chairman and President for 54 years.  In 2004 Willi was presented with a 50 year award from the FA for his services to football.

Flowers to Holmes & Daughters, Powdermill Lane, Whitton or donations to the British Heart Foundation.

Reminder of Procedure to be followed

 

All clubs wishing to enter all/any of the above FA competitions need to be aware of the above communication sent out by the Football Association on 28 February 2008

Entry Forms - Season 2008-2009

 

Clubs will have noticed from the information printed in recent additions of the Competitions Bulletin that Application Forms to enter the above Competitions will only be available by downloading from The FA’s website and will no longer be posted to clubs. Therefore, for easy access, the forms can be directly located at www.thefa.com/competitionsapplicationforms or, alternatively, accessed via www.thefa.com, then clicking onto ‘The FA Cup’ pillar and finally clicking onto the ‘Competition Applications’ tab.

 

Once the correct web page has been located, all of the instructions need to be followed on downloading the correct form, completing it and returning it back to these offices with the correct remittance to be received by the closing date of Tuesday 1 April 2008.

For Seasons 2008-09 it will be necessary for whoever the Club Secretary is to have access to the internet at all times as it will be a requirement for entry into FA Competitions for Clubs to have internet and e-mail access available.  It is envisaged that many of the previous procedures will now only be available from TheFA.com, such as the Competition Handbook, Competitions Bulletin with the various Match Forms only available by downloading.  Further details relating to these procedures will be circulated in due course.
